Realtor Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Miami has over 1,700 active members in South Florida. It is part of the Miami Association of Realtors (MAR) the second largest board of Realtors in the world with over 141,000 members in South Florida. Realtor Commercial Alliance Miami members disciplines include office, industrial, retail, multifamily, land, investment and other commercial properties.

Redlich was the 2014 Commercial President for RCA Miami and is currently the 2014-2015 President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Florida Chapter with 180 members. He is the Vice Chairman for the Commercial Alliance Committee with Florida Realtors which has over 141,000 members. Although he volunteered extensively with these professional organizations, Redlich led his ComReal Miami team to close over Forty Five Million Dollars in sales and lease transactions in 2014.

Ed learned about the country, the Canal, the logistics supply chain and how the Panama Canal Expansion will benefit the Miami area Industrial real estate market

A fellow member of the most prestigious industrial real estate organization in the world; the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) read the story about Redlich’s trip to Panama. Impressed by Ed's experience, he made contact. He was specifically looking for a large industrial property that was near Port Miami and rail served.

Miami’s industrial market is very active. The total market size is about 320M sq. ft. with a vacancy rate under 7%. The sub-market of Hialeah is about 36M sq. ft. with a similar vacancy rate. The property has a very central location in the middle of Port Miami and Miami International Airport.
